What happens during a PureLipo Tumescent Liposuction procedure?
Body Sculpture by Pure Lipo™ is a minimally invasive technique that sculpts the body into a more desirable form by removing areas of unwanted fat using small syringes and tumescent local anesthesia. The procedure lasts approximately two hours. In addition to the local tumescent anesthesia, you will be given oral medication. You will be awake, but relaxed during the entire procedure. You will not be exposed to excessive sedation or surgical trauma and this form of liposuction requires minimal healing time. After the procedure you will be swollen and will experience drainage of the tumescent fluid. Most patients return to regular activities within three days of treatment.
How rapidly will results become visible?
Results can be seen as early as one month, while full effects may take up to four months. For the first few weeks after the procedure, patients experience swelling.
