Titan Laser Skin Rejuvenation

How does Titan work? What happens during the procedure?
Titan employs light energy because it provides a more uniform distribution of energy for heating the deep dermis than other energy sources, such as radio frequency. Titan utilizes a safe, infrared light to heat the dermis well below the skin’s surface. This heating can cause immediate collagen contraction. During the procedure, the skin’s surface (epidermis) is protected through continuous cooling with the Titan hand piec

IPL Skin Therapy

What is IPL and how does it work? What happens during the procedure?
IPL is a pulsed light that is exceptionally effective for treating skin redness (rosacea), brown spots, age spots and sun damage at a very comfortable energy level. A topical anesthetic or cooling gel is not necessary prior to the treatment. You may recognize results in just 1-2 treatments. The visible light delivered during the procedure is selectively absorbed by the pigmented spots and red areas on the skin. The heating of the pigmented cells causes the therapeutic effect. When the hand piece is placed on the skin, it will feel cool and comfortable. When the pulse of light is delivered, you may feel a mild, brief pinching sensation. A topical anesthetic is not necessary, but may be applied if requested. Treatment sessions may take as long as 1 hour depending on the area being treated.
